Where Roofshire Works

Roofshire Construction works out of a single office on West Greens Road in north Houston, a few minutes off I-45. From there our crew covers seven communities: Houston itself, Spring, The Woodlands and Conroe to the north, and Pearland, Missouri City and Fresno to the south. Those seven sit across Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend and Brazoria counties, and the houses in them are not all the same.

Up the I-45 corridor, many houses sit under trees. Pine needles and oak limbs collect in valleys and gutters, shade keeps some slopes damp, and planned communities like The Woodlands bring HOA rules into every roof decision. Down south, along Highway 288 and into Fort Bend County, the subdivisions are newer and more open, the storms off the Gulf arrive with less in the way, and whole neighborhoods were built within a few years of each other, so their roofs wear out together.

The Same Visit, Whichever City You Are In

The address changes what we look for, not how we treat you. In every one of these communities a job starts with a free roof inspection. We get up on the roof, look at the shingles, the flashing and the vents, and then we come down and show you what we found. If the roof needs work you get a free estimate for that work and nothing extra.

If the damage came from a storm, we explain how the insurance claim process works and you decide whether to file. The claim is between you and your insurance company. We can meet your insurance adjuster at the house to look at the roof, and once your insurer approves the scope, we do the work to that scope. Customers mention that we stayed in touch at every step until the job was done.

Because we also do siding, gutters, interior remodeling, flooring, drywall, framing and concrete, the visit does not have to stop at the roof. A leak that reached a ceiling, siding that is splitting on the second floor, or gutters pulling off the fascia can all go in the same estimate. The full list is on the services page.

North Side and South Side

Our office is on the north side, so Spring, The Woodlands and Conroe are a straight run up I-45 for us. The south side takes longer to reach, and we go there anyway: Pearland along Highway 288, Missouri City in Fort Bend County, and Fresno just east of it. Houston itself sits in the middle of all of it, and we work every part of the city.

Where is your office?

On West Greens Road in north Houston, just off I-45. It is open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday.

Is the roof inspection free in Pearland, Missouri City and Fresno too?

Yes. The roof inspection is free in every community we serve, and so is the estimate if the roof needs work.

Call and ask. If you are close to one of the seven communities we serve, there is a good chance we can come out, and we will tell you right away whether we can.
