Roofshire Construction Inc is a roofing and remodeling contractor based in north Houston. When you call, you reach our own office, and the same office stays with your job from the first inspection to the final cleanup.
Most of what we do is roofing: full replacements after hail and wind, repairs, and free inspections for homeowners who want to know what the last storm actually did. Alongside the roofs we install siding and gutters and take on interior work, including remodeling, flooring, drywall, framing and concrete. Those jobs are often connected. A leak that ran for a season leaves a stained ceiling, and a hail storm that took the shingles usually dented the gutters on its way down.
Our office is on West Greens Road, just off I-45 in the Greenspoint area. From there we work across greater Houston, north to Spring, The Woodlands and Conroe and south to Pearland, Missouri City and Fresno.

Roofing Done Right, the Roofshire Way
That line is printed on our yard signs, and the sign in the photo above is one of them, planted in a customer's lawn while the old siding came off. It is a short way of saying how we run every job: look at the roof properly, tell the homeowner the truth about what is there, do the work to the scope that was agreed, and leave the property clean.
It also means being honest when a roof does not need replacing. A free inspection is only worth something if the answer can be "this roof has a few more years in it." When that is the answer, you hear it from us, and there is nothing to sign.
How a Job Runs With Us
It starts with a free inspection
We come out, get on the roof and look at the shingles, flashing, vents and the edges where leaks usually begin. Then we show you what we found and explain it in plain terms. If the roof needs work, you get a free estimate. For siding, gutters or interior work we look at the space, measure, and talk through what you want before we price anything.
If a storm caused the damage
A lot of our roof work follows hail and wind, and many of those homeowners go through an insurance claim. Our part is the roof. We inspect it, show you the damage, and explain how the claim process works. The claim is between you and your insurance company, and you decide whether to file. We can meet your insurance adjuster at the house to look at the roof. The adjuster works for your insurance company and makes the assessment. If your insurer approves the work, we do the job to the approved scope. Read more on our insurance claim roofing and hail and storm damage pages.
During the work
We stay in touch with you at every step until the job is done. If something comes up once the old roof is off, we tell you what we find.
When it is finished
The crew cleans up the site, and we make sure you are happy with the finished job. If the roof was the first project and the inside of the house is next, the same office schedules that work too.
What Customers Tell Us
We have a 5.0 rating on Google from 36 reviews, and a few themes run through what people write.
- We kept them in the loop. Customers mention that we stayed in touch through every step of the job, from the first visit to the finished roof.
- The claim process made sense. Customers say we explained how the claim process works, step by step.
- The details around the roof were covered. One customer's solar panels were lifted and reinstalled so the roof could be done, another needed the HOA involved, and another had an attic fan put in with the new roof.
- The crew was polite and cleaned up. One customer wrote exactly that about the crew on her job.
- They came back for more. One homeowner had us replace the roof and then remodel a bathroom. Another had the roof and gutters replaced together on a two-story house.
You can read their words exactly as they wrote them further down this page, and every review is on our Google listing.
Hablamos Español
Our yard signs say it and we mean it: hablamos español. If you would rather talk through your roof, your claim questions or your remodel in Spanish, tell us when you call (832) 995-0575 or mention it in the form. Many Houston families have someone at home who is more comfortable in one language than the other, and nobody should have to sign off on a roof they did not fully understand.
One Contractor, Outside and In
Because we do both roofing and remodeling, a job that crosses from one to the other does not need two contractors pointing at each other. If water came through the roof, we fix the roof first and then the drywall and ceiling it damaged. If the walls took the same hail as the shingles, siding can go on the same schedule as a roof replacement. And if the house simply needs a new floor or a remodeled room, we handle that on its own too. See everything we do on the services page.
Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. The fastest way to start is a free roof inspection, or a call to talk through what is going on with the house.
