What Happens After You Get in Touch

When your request comes in, someone from our team calls you back during office hours, Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, to talk through what is going on and set a time to come out. If you would rather talk now, call (832) 995-0575. If you prefer Spanish, say so on the call or in the form and we will take it from there.

For a roof, the next step is a free inspection. We get on the roof, look at the shingles, flashing, vents and the edges where leaks usually start, and then explain what we found in plain terms. If the roof needs work you get a free estimate. If it does not, we tell you that too, and there is nothing to sign.

If you think a storm caused the damage, tell us when it happened. We inspect the roof and show you what is there, and we explain how a claim works. Whether to file is your decision, and the claim itself is between you and your insurance company. If your insurer approves the work, we do the job to the approved scope.

For siding, gutters, flooring, drywall, framing, concrete or an interior remodel, we come out and look at the space, measure, and talk through what you want done before we price it. A lot of our interior work starts as roof work: a leak that stained a ceiling or softened drywall gets fixed at the roof first, then inside.

Our office is at 396 W Greens Rd #447A in north Houston, just off I-45 in the Greenspoint area. Most of what we do happens at your house rather than ours, so please call ahead before stopping by.
